Wire Rope Inspection

Wire rope inspection is a critical safety process used to verify the wire rope condition complies with legal and operational safety standards of the lifting equipment. Regular inspections help identify wear, damage, or defects that could lead to failure during lifting operations, thereby reducing the risk of injury, property damage or costly downtime.

This service involves the thorough examination of wire ropes to assess their condition and ensure safe, continued use in lifting operation. Our inspections are perform in strict compliance with international standards such as ISO 4309, ASME, and API. Our inspection team is LEEA-qualified and holds ASNT and CSWIP certifications in NDT, ensuring a high level of technical expertise.

In addition to visual and conventional inspection methods, we offer Electro-Magnetic / Magnetic Rope Testing (EMAG/MRT), which allows us to detect flaws not only on the rope surface but also deep within the core structure. This advanced technique ensures a comprehensive assessment of rope integrity, enabling early identification of broken wires, corrosion, strand failures, or other hidden defects that could compromise safety.
